Actor Vince Colosimo fined $2500 for drug-driving offences despite owing $65k in fines

The Australian actor has walked from court with a fine after again facing court on drug-driving charges where it was revealed he attempted to impersonate his twin brother Tony when pulled over for driving without a licence for the third time.
