MEADVILLE, Pa. -- Over the first two days of the 2022 NCAA Diversity and Inclusion Social Media Campaign, Allegheny College student-athletes shared their thoughts on the importance of creating an inclusive environment and what allyship means to them. Today, Assistant Athletic Director/Compliance/SWA/DEI Designee Kate Costanzo shared a brief message on behalf of the College's Department of Athletics regarding the importance of the final theme for the week: Strength in Unity.
