Besiktas boss Senol Gunes says Dele Alli has performed 'below expectations' since Everton move

Alli has found himself in the Super Lig after his seven-year stint at Spurs came to an end and he was sold to Everton. After failing to impress Frank Lampard, he's since been loaned to Besiktas.
