Lucas County commits $800,000 to medical debt relief, pitches deal with city of Toledo

The Lucas County Commissioners said Tuesday they want to partner with the city of Toledo and the nonprofit RIP Medical Debt to generate millions of dollars in medical debt relief, and are willing to commit $800,000 to the cause.
