Diesel prices rose 10p a litre in October for 3rd largest hike on record, show RAC figures

The cost of diesel has risen by 10p per litre in the last month, making October the third biggest monthly increase in fuel prices on record. The only two months on record with larger price increases were March 2022 and June 2022 .
