Arizona judge reverses ruling that allowed fascists to intimidate voters at ballot drop boxes

Under threat of reversal by the Ninth Circuit, Federal Judge Michael Liburdi reversed last Friday’s ruling that vigilantes who were intimidating voters at ballot drop boxes were protected by the First Amendment’s guarantee of free speech.
