[Men's Basketball] Saints Fall to Pilots on the Road

Mishawaka, Ind. The Holy Cross men's basketball team continued their non-conference play when they traveled to Bethel University. The Saints struggled shooting early in the game, shooting 36% from the field and 18% from three-point range. With the Saints shooting struggle and Bethel's ability to hit shots early allowed the Pilots to take a 48-26 lead into the half. In the second half, the Saints looked away from the three ball and were more efficient from the field, shooting 41% in this half. This would lead to a more competitive half where Holy Cross scored 29 points to Bethel's 32 points in the half. The ending score would be 80-55 and with the defeat, Holy Cross drops to 1-1, while Bethel University improves to 2-0.
