THE NAACP Toledo branch's 107th Freedom Fund Banquet Oct. 22 at the new Glass City Center was a new direction of the oldest civil rights organization in the nation. New technology allowed the more than 400 guests to scan a code for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) souvenir book as they checked in.
