Tallinn police want additional crosswalk on Mere puiestee

The Central Tallinn Police Department wants an additional crosswalk added to Mere puiestee between Kaunti aed and the Rotermann Quarter (Rotermanni kvartal), as people randomly crossing the street there are endangering both themselves and others.
