Addressing officials at the inauguration of the Vigilance Awareness Week of the Central Vigilance Commission, Modi said corruption cripples the whole system. He underlined that corruption is a result of lack of resources with the people and unnecessary red-tape by the government and administration. Modi also launched the new Complaint Management System portal of the CVC at the programme.
