Singapore’s Daryl Low wins the Johor Amateur Open
Congratulations to SGA National Squad member Daryl Low who emerged victorious at the Johor Amateur Open. Daryl recorded a three-round total of four under par with scores of 68, 70, 74.
Daryl relished the experience and attributed the win to his mental fortitude: “I’m absolutely honoured to have won the Johor Amateur, this is my first international amateur win as well. I started off poorly losing my lead in the first 3 holes, but I managed to reset really well and pick up a few birdies and an eagle down the stretch. I’m looking forward to competing at the Asia Pacific Junior Championship in December and a few other junior events overseas. Super excited to see what’s in store for the next few months.”
SGA Development Squad members Lee Brayden and Nathen Tan completed their week with ten-over par and thirteen-over par total, finishing in T14th and 17th position respectively.
