Atlantic Golf and Country Club is seeking a Course Superintendent. AGCC is a vibrant, growing
country club featuring one of the premier 18-hole courses in Southwest Iowa. The club hosts
numerous tournaments throughout the season, highlighted by the annual statewide
Tournament of Champions. Atlantic is a community of 6800 located just an hour from both Des
Moines and Omaha with excellent schools, healthcare, recreation, and shopping.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a course superintendent or assistant; strong
communication skills to supervise staff, coordinate with the General Manager, and interact with
members; knowledge to operate and maintain course equipment, including a Toro irrigation
system; and maintain a pesticide application certification.
