Razorbacks Prepare to Host Liberty

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas swim and dive team returns home to compete in a match-up against Liberty on Friday, Nov. 4 at the Arkansas Natatorium. The Razorbacks’ last home meet came on Sept. 30, when the Hogs fell to the Alabama Crimson Tide 161-139.

Arkansas is currently ranked No. 19 in the CSCAA poll, its first ranking since February 2021 and highest since the 2020-21 opening poll.

Opponent: Liberty Flames

Date: Friday, 11/4

Location:  Fayetteville, Ark.

Dive Time: 5 P.M. CT

Scouting the Liberty Flames

This will be the first time that Liberty and Arkansas compete against each other in both schools’ history. Liberty last competed on October 29 against Florida International, in which they lost 234-214 to the Panthers.

 Last Time Out

  • Arkansas took a close loss to Alabama, 161-139, which was the team’s first home meet of the year.
  • Freshman Betsy Wizard won 100 and 200 freestyle events and won SEC Freshman Swimmer of the Week honors for her performance.
  • Grad Student Luciana Thomas won the 500 Freestyle event.
