Vladimir Putin heaps praises on India & calls Indians talented & driven

This is the second time in as many weeks that the Russian President has lauded India. Last week Putin has heaped praises on PM Narendra Modi and described him as one of those who conducted an independent foreign policy and is a true patriot.
