Shandong leads Chinese Super League table with Shanghai win

BEIJING, Nov. 7 (Xinhua) -- Shandong Taishan defeated Shanghai Shenhua 2-0 to claim their fourth straight victory and provisionally take up the top place in the Chinese Super League (CSL) table on Monday.

Shandong went ahead in the 67th minute as Brazilian center Moises was pushed to the ground before converting the ensuing penalty. Left back Song Long helped Shandong seal the victory six minutes later.
