The Lancers took the #1 seed in the tournament to two overtimes. The Lancers who had their best season ever as a program at 7-7-3 overall lost to Hastings 1-0. Hastings had only lost one game all season long. Dominik Lang (JR/Gerstetten, Germany) had 13 saves in 110 minutes of action. Savas Di Lascio (JR/Milan, Italy) led the Lancers with six total shots and three of them on goal. Javier Palomo (FR/Madrid, Spain) added two shots for the Lancers. Jonathan Castro (SR/West Jordan, UT) and Tim Huesken (FR/Hoogstede, Germany) each added a shot for MMU.
