Doug Ford says Justin Trudeau is being ‘selective’ in criticism of notwithstanding clause

Trudeau has ruled out reopening the Constitution to deal with provinces pre-emptively using the notwithstanding clause after Ford “highly” recommended Monday that he not go down that route.
