Quebec nursing students cry foul after more than half fail licensing exam

More than half of Quebec's aspiring nurses have failed their licensing exam this year. Quebec's professional order of nurses says the pandemic is partly to blame, but students say the exam was confusing and did not reflect the reality of nursing.
