Alpha HPA and Orica join forces on North America

ASX-listed Alpha HPA and fellow-listed Orica have expanded their strategic partnership, with Orica to take a 5% stake in Alpha HPA.

Under the subscription agreement, Orica will subscribe for more than 44.98-million shares in Alpha HPA, for an investment of some A$19.8-million.
