Ireland ranks 2nd in greenhouse gas emissions per capita in EU: CSO

DUBLIN, Nov. 14 (Xinhua) -- Ireland produces the second-highest amount of greenhouse gas emissions per capita in the European Union (EU), said the country's national statistics bureau (CSO) on Monday.
