[Women's Soccer] Gallardo & Lewis earn All-CCAC Second Team for SXU Women's Soccer

CHICAGO – Junior defender/midfielder Ailyn Gallardo (Alsip, Ill./Governors State/Saint Xavier/Eisnenower) and freshman midfielder Hope Lewis (Auburn, Ill./DeKalb) were both named to the All-Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) Second Team for Saint Xavier University women's soccer (6-9-4, 6-5-2 CCAC) when the awards were released Monday afternoon by the league office after the conclusion of the CCAC Tournament, a 1-0 win for Cardinal Stritch University (Wis.) over Olivet Nazarene University (Ill.) this past Saturday. Gallardo and Lewis helped Saint Xavier to six victories, the most since 2013 when SXU also had six wins, and to qualify for the CCAC Tournament for the first time since the 2018 season.
