Daron Holmes 3 pt shot
It seems to be a popular sentiment that there is a solid chance that DaRon Holmes is gone after this year, onto the NBA. Great defense, good size, crazy athletic, lots of things to like. One glaring thing that I notice though, is that how many bigs are being drafted to the NBA in today's game that don't have a three point shot?
DaRon was 1 of 7 last year, and is 0 for 1 so far this year.
Obi's last year here, we saw a real concerted effort to get him opportunities from the outside. In 19-20 Obi was taking 2.6 3 pt shots a game and hitting at a 39% clip. Even in 18-19, he only took 21 3 pt shots, but also hit 11 of those, meaning they were likely wide open looks for the most part.
Is this something that has been addressed by a media question, or in an interview with DaRon? I want as many Flyers in the NBA as possible, and will cheer like crazy for DaRon if he is gone after this season and gets drafted, but will he be drafted if he doesn't show more range?
