Gove told to end 'rip-off' council tax raids' as former minister pushes for change in law

The Levelling Up Bill is due to be debated on Wednesday by MPs but Conservative former minister Dame Caroline Dinenage has an amendment to stop a series of new rip-off council tax bills.
