Leeds United Chat • Re: Dr Who
Think I caught a few Jodie Whittaker episodes but didn't enjoy it much.I watch it. Jodie Whitaker's Dr Who was dreadful, way too political, trying to tick all the boxes with her companions, an ethnic, one with a disability, a lesbian...... For goodness sake it's supposed to be a lighthearted programme. It's about an alien that resembles a human but with 2 hearts who whizzes around the galaxy in a spaceship that is a police box which is bigger on the inside! It's NOT supposed to reflect real life
I did feel sorry for Jodie as the writing was atrocious.
I loved David Tennant as Dr Who, Matt Smith was good too. I'm warming to Peter Capaldi (been watching on netflix) but sorry Jodie just can't enjoy your episodes.
Didn't warm to Peter Capaldi but may give him another try one day.
Tennant was my favourite followed by Matt Smith, loved the companions to.
Billie Piper, Catherine Tate, Karen Gillan, John Barrowman and Arthur Darvill.
Had hoped David Tennant would be the next Doctor for years but nice to see him back even briefly.
