The latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai began with Abhimanyu and Akshara deciding to go for Akshu's photoshoot. While leaving Abhi gets a call from the doctor revealing that there is hope in Akshara's conceiving complications. Abhi dances in joy and Aarohi gets suspicious. She follows him and sees the file, when Abhi leaves the room, Aarohi reads the file and enquires about the doctor.
