CF Montreal signs M Victor Wanyama through 2024

CF Montreal midfielder Victor Wanyama, a finalist for the club's MVP award in 2022, signed a two-year contract through 2024 with the team.

Wanyama, who joined CF Montreal on free transfer from Tottenham Hotspur FC of the English Premier League in 2020, has played in 80 games (78 starts) over three seasons in MLS. He has five goals and eight assists in MLS action, while also playing the full 90 minutes in each of the club
