Leafs F Auston Matthews (undisclosed) out vs. Predators

Toronto Maple Leafs star forward Auston Matthews has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the visiting Nashville Predators due to an undisclosed injury.

Matthews scored a goal in 17:29 of ice time during Toronto's 6-2 win over the Philadelphia Flyers on Sunday. The reigning Hart Trophy recipient, however, did not participate in practice on Tuesday.
