Dancing On Ice cast look completely different as they glam up for final photoshoot before show launch
DANCING On Ice’s stars have been wrapped up in tracksuits for weeks as they trained for the famously difficult show.
But today they were shown dressed up to the nines for the official launch of the ITV series.
The cast, hosts and judges gathered at the Bovingdon Airfield in Hemel Hempstead, where the show is filmed on a specially-constructed set.
And some of them were almost unrecognisable after their glam makeovers for the Dancing On Ice shoot.
Among the big names lining up today were Love Island winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu – partnered with Brendyn Hatfield – who showed off her impressive legs.
Pro skater Vanessa Bauer, 26, went for a similar look as she cosied up to former Towie star Joey Essex, 32,
The pair made a cute couple with an arm around one another, but she has denied they are romantically involved.
Other stars appearing included EastEnders’ Bianca Jackson actress Patsy Palmer, 50.
The star – who is partnered with Matt Evers – looked much more glam than her character in a minidress and boots.
Another soap actress, Hollyoaks’ Carley Stenson, posed alongside her pro partner Mark Hanretty.
Comedian Darren Harriott, 34, has suffered the worst midhap of anyone before the show’s even begun.
The star ended up with whiplash and unable to turn his head or lift one arm after a move went wrong but appeared today with Tippy Packard.
Other stars included Coronation Street’s Mollie Gallagher, 24, who is partnered with French skater Sylvain Longchambon.
They were joined by The Wanted star Siva Kaneswaran, 34, and his partner Klabera Komini and drag queen The Vivienne, 30, and Colin Grafton.
Another celebs appearing this year include Team GB’s Nile Wilson and football legend John Fashanu.
