Wellington.Scoop The Waihenga Bridge which links Featherston and Martinborough on SH53 was closed early this morning because of flooding. NZTA confirmed at 9.50am that the bridge was still closed. It is offering a detour which adds forty to fifty to the trip between the two towns.
