Had it not been for that bronze-medal return to the Olympic podium after more than four decades, Sreejesh and a few others of his generations may not have gathered the strength to carry on, and be here at the 2023 World Cup being hosted jointly by Rourkela and Bhubaneswar from January 13-29.
