Prince William & Princess Catherine Make First Appearance Since 'Spare,' Are Asked If They're 'Hurt' By Prince Harry's Comments

Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales (aka Kate Middleton) are all smiles in their first royal appearance since the release of Prince Harry‘s “Spare.”

The royal couple visited Royal Liverpool University Hospital on Thursday (January 12) in Liverpool, England. The purpose of their visit was to thank all the healthcare workers for their efforts and help during the winter months.

Meanwhile, King Charles also made his first official appearance today after the release of his son’s bombshell tell-all. He visited Aboyne, Scotland to tour local community spaces and meet with support groups. You can see all of the photos from the two separate appearances in the gallery of this post.

Royal reporter Emily Nash happened to be filming when a onlooker yelled at Prince William, “You hurt by the comments in Harry’s book sir?” Prince William could be seen clearly ignoring the question.

Royal reporter Richard Palmer tweeted out, “Everybody meeting the royals today seems to have been instructed not to mention the controversy over Prince Harry’s book.” He also noted that Prince William ignored that question. So it seems like none of the staffers or volunteers that the royals met with today were allowed to ask about the tell-all memoir.
