Kevin Spacey Enters Not Guilty Plea Regarding 7 New Sexual Assault Charges in U.K.
Kevin Spacey is pleading not guilty to seven new charges of sexual assault in London.
The 63-year-old former House of Cards actor’s latest charges stem from a November 2022 lawsuit, which accused him of sexual assault against one man between the years of 2001 and 2004.
He entered his plea via video, according to CBS News.

Of the seven charges, one stems from “causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.” Three are of “indecent assault,” and the final three are for sexual assault.
Kevin pleaded not guilty to additional sexual assault charges in the U.K. in July 2022. Before entering his plea, he “strenuously” denied the charges.
Due to laws in the U.K., the identities of all of his accusers remain private.
Kevin faced a similar lawsuit in the United States, where actor Anthony Rapp accused him of sexual misconduct. The verdict from the case was released in October 2022, with the star being found not liable for battery.
Despite the ongoing accusations, Kevin landed a new movie role near the end of the year. He has and continues to deny the allegations against him.
