Buffalo thief hurt in encounter, held in Uttar Pradesh

In a joint action of Mubarakpur police and special weapon and tactics team, a notorious buffalo thief Salim was arrested after suffering bullet injuries in exchange of fire with police on Dariyabad bridge late on Monday night.
