I’m a savvy shopper & have already done my Christmas haul for next year, I don’t care if people call me sad
MANY of us may still be recovering from Christmas, but not one woman, who is already preparing for next year’s festivities.
Super organised Steffi Moss took to money-saving Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK and shared a snap of several toys and bath and body gift sets she’d snapped up in the January sales.
Amongst them includes Spiderman bath bombs, an eyeshadow palette, Vera Wang perfume and a bubble gun.
Alongside the image, the savvy shopper penned: “Call me sad but this is my haul for Christmas 23.”
It wasn’t long before the post received over 2,600 likes and was inundated with comments – with many praising Steffi for being so prepared.
“Great idea,” commended one.
A second praised: “Well done you!”
A third enthused: “I don’t think it’s sad at all – think it’s a great idea starting early and saving the stress in November and December.”
Meanwhile, a fourth wrote: “It’s not sad it’s practical. I got all my wrapping paper for Xmas 23 and some pressies.”

Another agreed: “I don’t think it’s sad I think it’s being prepared.”
And it turns out Steffi’s not alone – with others admitting that they started their Christmas shopping even earlier.
“I started before 22 Christmas had even happened,” admitted one social media user.
“I love being organised and I buy all through the year, love bargain hunting and knowing by Christmas I don’t need to stress.”
Another revealed: “I do the same, the same with Christmas cards and paper too.
“All the bits that can be stored (if you do have the space) won’t go off, sometimes you have to be super savvy with money, if it saves a few quid go for it.”
And one more added: “My mama in law can probs beat that. She’s started her Christmas shopping for this year last year.”
