Car strikes pedestrian at K-State, injuries reported

MANHATTAN (KSNT) - One person has been taken to a local hospital in Manhattan after being hit by a car.

Kansas State University announced the pedestrian vs. car incident on Wednesday morning. A person was hit by a car around 7:30 a.m. in the 1600 block of Claflin Rd. and transported to a Manhattan hospital for treatment.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
