Ramgarh is a town in Jharkhand state in eastern India. Hundreds of job seekers have joined together to try to win a by-election in the town on February 27. The election is to replace the government of the coalition that is made up of the Congress party and other parties. The youth association that is organizing the by-election has announced that it will file mass nominations for the election. This could be trouble for the government because it is not allowed to stop people from filing nominations if the papers are valid.
