SEOUL (Sputnik) - Director general of the North Korean Foreign Ministry's Department of US Affairs Kwon Jong-gun on Sunday once again denied US allegations of Pyongyang supplying weapons to Russia, and threatened Washington with "really undesirable" consequences for spreading rumors.
