50 Cent’s Sire Spirits sues Staten Island couple for alleged embezzling

The plot began when Michael Caruso, who works for beverage company Beam Suntory -- owner of famed whiskey brands Jim Bean and Maker's Mark -- connected Sire Spirits with a man named Mitchel Green, according to a lawsuit.
