What stories do people have of remarkable coincidence/chance happenings.
I'll explain why I ask the question.
I sold an item on eBay this evening.......(nothing strange in that I hear you say) and soon after I received the notification alert confirming that the guy had paid. Accordingly, I packaged the item up and clicked on the Order Details for his address, to post to....and
The address was in Calne, Wiltshire where my grandparents, on my Dad's side, lived (they both passed away some 35/40yrs ago now)....but, the address was their exact house !!
Now how many tens of millions of people must buy stuff on eBay.......and there must be 20+ million households in the UK, so there aren't enough digits on my calculator to work out the chances of that happening.
Pretty spooky eh !!
