For crying out loud, please end the twice-a-year changing of the clock! For health’s sake (and sleep’s sake!), vote on Congress’ Sunshine Protection Act already! Why has it stalled for so long? Why does the government even have this authority? (That’s rhetorical, I know the history behind it.)
