Belarus will join Iran and Russia to develop the International North–South Transport Corridor (INSTC), Belarus' Transport and Communications Minister Aleksei Avramenko told journalists commenting on the outcomes of the talks between the presidents of Belarus and Iran in Tehran on 13 March, BelTA has learned.
