The whole system is a mess. Relegated teams given huge advantages and promoted teams over spending to stay up there. Loads of problems but no solutions.

The parachute payment teams have a huge advantage for a few years, but if they don't get back up quickly enough, they'll find themselves in the same situation as Huddersfield.
It's a gamble whoever you are. The financial incentives of promotion are so great, there will always be some owners who are willing to take the risk and then drop the club when it doesn't work out.
