US President Joe Biden said this in an interview on the Daily Show.

“The United States will need fossil fuels for at least another decade. We can’t give them up tomorrow,” TASS quoted him as saying.

At the same time, Biden noted the advantages of solar and wind energy, which will be much cheaper.
