State's high court to consider putting abortion law back on track

COLUMBUS — At the urging of Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, a divided Ohio Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to intervene in a Hamilton County case that has blocked enforcement of the state's six-weeks abortion ban.
