Ulster County driver ticketed for going 96 MPH in the snow

WALLKILL, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- An unnamed driver in Orange County was ticketed for going 96 miles per hour on Tuesday in the midst of a snowstorm on State Route 17. New York State Police issued the driver several tickets.

New York State Police is urging everyone on the road to slow down and drive safely, especially in the wintery conditions. Police say the driver puts himself and others at risk as well.
