MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The Russian Defense Ministry said Tuesday that the ceasefire monitored by Russian peacekeepers in Nagoron-Karabakh on the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan had been violated, without specifying which side was responsible for the violation.
