Purchaser of Davis-Besse eager to get deal finalized

Although limited by what it can say because its $3.4 billion deal to acquire Energy Harbor is pending, Texas-based Vistra said it plans to retain employees working at the Davis-Besse, Perry, and Beaver Valley nuclear power stations.
