JEANERETTE, La. (KLFY) - The city of Jeanerette is under a boil advisory until further notice.

According to Mayor Carol Bourgeois, Jr., a water service line broke causing the city-wide boil advisory.

The boil advisory is in place until further notice and is expected to take a few hours, according to Bourgeois.
