LA Dodgers fan who was SPEARED by security during proposal in the outfield is banned for one-year

The Los Angeles Dodgers fan who was leveled mid-proposal on the ball field has reportedly received a one-year ban. Ricardo Juarez cannot attend the stadium after taking to the field to propose last week.
