SUPERMARKET shoppers are scrambling to get their hands on cut-price bedding that is not only a lovely print, but is scanning at just 38p at the till.
One bargain hunter was left open-mouthed at her recent find when she was shopping in her local Tesco in Durham.

Sharing her post in a private Facebook group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, which has 2.2million members, Georgie shared a picture of her cheap find and said: “38p for a full bedding set was definitely my best bargain so far!”
The beaming savvy shopper added: “Pillowcase and duvet cover is there.
“Perfect for the spare bed! Tesco at Durham.
“They had a few but only this colour so [it’s] worth checking.”
The brushed cotton single duvet set is complete with a duvet cover and one pillowcase.
The machine friendly set was once £3.75 but has now been reduced down to only 38p.
With a saving of £3.37, Georgie was thrilled with her cheap find.
Georgie later added: “We also got a Lego annual (not pictured, they disappeared way before I had a chance to) that had a Lego figure for 13p which for any Lego parents out there.
“Know they’re normally much more than that, they were worth it just for the figures alone.”
Georgie shared her post just 10 hours ago, but it has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly amassed 81 likes and many comments.
Facebook users were stunned at Georgie’s bargain buy and many were desperate to get their hands on the cut-price set too.
One person said: “Brilliant bargain.”
Another added: “Amazing bargain, good for you.”
A third tagged a loved one and commented: “If you happen to be in Tesco.”
Whilst someone else noted: “I have this in blue paid full price it’s honestly so cosy – great bargain!”
Meanwhile, another mum posted: “I also got some Lego year books just for the figurine” to which Georgie replied “I couldn’t believe the price! Little one was over the moon!”
The mum also noted: “And got some duvet sets in double and king for £2/£3 each was a bargain!”
